Assigned Certifier

As an Assigned Certifier, OMC will act as a single point of contact for co-ordination of the design, inspection and certification of a building project from the design stage (pre commencement), until completion. Our assigned certifier inspects and coordinates work by key individuals involved in some of Ireland’s most significant construction projects to ensure all building regulations are implemented in the final construction.
